The welfare of your pet is extremely important to us, and we want to ensure we can provide a safe, comfortable and hygienic environment for all our guests

All owners are required to produce a Vaccination certificate upon check-in which clearly states that your cat and/or dog is fully protected for the whole period of boarding. This certificate must be within the past 11 months of at least 14 days prior to boarding.

Veterinary care: If any guest requires veterinary care, the pet owner will meet all relative costs at check-out time. PLEASE advise us of any medical or behavioral issues. We will endeavour to contact you personally or your emergency contact person if any medical care is required. We use our very competent local vet. (North Canterbury Veterinary Clinic)
If you wish to board your pet during busy times such as public holiday weekends or school holidays, please book well in advance.
Our facilities and management practices are of a very high standard. The very best of professional care and expertise will be given to your pet. We do not accept any responsibility for illness, injury, death or loss for any reason whatsoever.
Our daily hours are from 8 - 9.30am and from 4-6pm. Or by arrangement.
